“ Casa Rodriguez is a great spot if you're craving authentic Mexican flavors with a few unique twists. The stuffed avocado with fajita beef was an absolute standout. The creamy avocado paired with the savory, perfectly cooked fajita beef made each bite memorable. The dish also comes with charro beans, which added a nice, smoky depth and made the whole meal feel hearty and satisfying. One dish that didn't quite hit the mark, though, was the queso flameado. It wasn't the melty, cheesy experience you'd expect from traditional queso. Instead, it was more like a plate of fajita meat with a bit of cheese, which felt a bit unexpected. If you're craving a classic queso dip, you might want to try something else on the menu. Overall, Casa Rodriguez does a wonderful job of bringing bold, authentic flavors to the table, with a few surprises here and there. It's definitely worth a visit for the stuffed avocado alone! ”
